ENERGY is the word that comes to mind when you first meet today’s guest . And when you start talking to him, you become aware that the man is a powerhouse of knowledge and awareness. He is fondly known as the “Change Guru” on talk radio host and ChangeCreator colleague, Aubrey Masango’s show on Talk Radio 702 and Cape Talk every Wednesday night.

He created the “ChangeCreator formula”, after more than 2 decades of research, working with some of the greatest minds in the business. He has been emerged in the study of ontology over the past decade.  His main area of focus has been linked to mindset – why we think as we do, and how to change our behaviour. His love of science led him to the belief that everything can be measured, which created his belief that if you cannot measure, you cannot change.

When it comes to what we do not know which is keeping us stuck, there are 3 levels:

Level 1 is when we do not know what we need to do to create the change we desire.

Level 2 is when we know what we need to do, but we do not know what is keeping us stuck.

Level 3 is when we do not even know that we do not know. This happens when we are not conscious that we are the biggest obstacle in our own way.

He firmly believes that this is the major stumbling block on our path towards positive change in any are of our lives.  With this in mind he has developed the worldwide first Ready, Get Set, Go measuring system for finance, health, entrepreneurship and relationships.  This scientifically researched program is based on decades of research into this area.

He is also the author of the books “Liftoff, the secret keys to launching your goals”, “The ChangeCreator forluma”, and the soon to be released “Ready, Set, Go in life”.  He is featured weekly on radio 702 / Cape Talk the biggest radio talk show in South Africa as the resident change guru.  

He is the creator of many world class programs like “The ChangeCreator Formula”, “The Chdissapear ChangeCreator formula for business”, “The law of compensation for business”, “Advanced thinking”, “Coaching the sale”,”The four creative mindets”, and many more.

In 2021 he Created the world class GRITability coaching and measuring system.  It is based on SPOT technology – which uses the foundation of Science, Psychology, Ontology and Technology.  Added to this, he is also completing the new COMMITability coaching and measuring program.
